According to the Court’s official notice, the Abuja, Lagos, Port Harcourt, and Enugu Judicial Divisions will remain operational during the vacation period to hear urgent matters through designated Vacation Courts. The Court advised members of the public and legal practitioners to file and prosecute urgent matters at the designated division closest to them.
The notice lists Justices Emeka Nwite and O. A. Egwuatu for Abuja; Justices Akintayo Aluko and Ogazi F. Nkemakonam for Lagos; Justices Phoebe M. Ayua and Adamu T. Mohammed for Port Harcourt; and Justices F. O. G. Ogunbanjo and Mabel T. Segun-Bello for Enugu.
